How would you describe your shopping experience with Henry in 3 words?

“Collaborative, Fun, Life changing”

How would you describe the results of us working together in 3 words?

“Cohesive, Stylish, Time saving”

How did you find working with a male personal shopper? What would you tell someone who was potentially hesitant to do so?

“Ignore the gender stereotype..this is 2021!”

What positive changes has it had on your life? Have you received any feedback from friends, family or work colleagues?

“I have a busy life (don’t we all), it’s made that life a little less hectic. Henry’s curated options and his tried and tested methodology of matching and building outfits using new and existing wardrobe items makes looking smart, on point, and Vogue ready (without looking like you’re trying to hard) a breeze”

MORE ABOUT THIS CLIENT – Sara is a long term client who is based in New York. We started working together when she lived in London which allowed me to build up an accurate understanding of her style and clothing preferences first hand.

Since moving to New York we communicate regularly over WhatsApp exchanging ideas. I build Wishlist for her which can easily be shared for her to shop. I now shop for her weekend wardrobe, special occasion outfits as well as her work wardrobe.

Remote personal shopping only works when I have had the opportunity to build a close working relationship with a client in person first. These invaluable face-to-face moments are the best way to get to know someone's style and personality.

Which part of the process did you find most interesting or enjoyable? Why was this?

“Henry reviews your current wardrobe and gives you clear guidance on what does and does not work and, most importantly, what’s missing. No more “I’ve got so many clothes but nothing to wear” moments”

Were there any parts of the process that you found less useful or enjoyable?

“No”

Have you had any experiences with a personal shopper before me (Department store, online or independent)? What were the noticeable differences?

“Henry really understands your personality, the demands on your time, and wants you to be a little braver than you might be normally”

On a scale of 1 - 10 how likely are you to recommend my services to a friend of colleague?

“10”
