Terms & Conditions

Bookings:

  • To make an appointment please email henry@henrywilfrid.com or submit an enquiry form via the contact page at henrywilfrid.com.

  • To secure your booking a 20% deposit will be required 7 days prior to the first appointment. An invoice for this amount will be emailed to you.

  • The deposit is non-refundable.

  • Payment to be made via bank transfer.

  • The client will need to settle the outstanding balance 7 days prior to the first appointment.

  • Gift voucher purchases will require payment in full.

  • Gift vouchers are non refundable and must be used within 6 months.

  • It is recommended you schedule a call with Henry prior to purchasing a gift voucher to discuss the best package available for the recipient of the gift voucher.

  • Should appointments run over at the client’s request, an additional hourly rate of £90 per hour will be charged and any additional travel costs paid for by the customer.

Cancellations - If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, you must inform Henry at the earliest opportunity.

  • Cancelations made 7 days prior to the booking will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the total cost (if the full amount has been paid).

  • Cancelations within 7 days of the booking will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total cost.

  • Any exceptions are at the discretion of Henry.

Rescheduling - If a client wishes to reschedule their appointment they must contact Henry at the earliest opportunity.

  • A rescheduling fee of £150 is required if the client wishes to change the date of an appointment within their package.

Travel expenses

  • For all shopping appointments based outside of London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester & Liverpool, travel costs will need to be covered by the client.

  • Additional accommodation costs are also payable by the client should they be required.

On the day

  • In the event that items cannot be obtained on the day, alternatives will be discussed with the client.

  • Home visit – ensure your clothes are in reasonable order and accessible to save time.

  • Shopping Day – ensure that you wear comfortable clothes/shoes that are easy to take on and off.

  • It is the clients responsibility to collect all alterations and click and collect purchases made on the day, unless otherwise agreed.
