1. Reflect - Identify the needs

This first stage of the process is the most important, and forms the basis of our on-going relationship.

Whatever the prompt that leads you to me, you are in a period of reflection on your current wardrobe. Working together through a series of phone calls,  face-to-face conversations (or indeed screen-to-screen) and a full wardrobe review, I will gather all the information I need to build up an accurate understanding of your lifestyle, wardrobe demands and any other considerations relating to budget and brief. 

These learnings feed into my research.

 
 

2. Research - Find the solutions

For so many clients the frustrations connected to their current wardrobe and unsuccessful shopping trips are attributable to insufficient research prior to visiting the shops. Identifying the gaps in your current wardrobe, and the needs of your new wardrobe are key for success.  

While there are shared similarities across the briefs from my clients, they are all individual and each personality is different, meaning no two wardrobes are the same. Therefore, I dedicate a full day before every shopping appointment to research. This ensures no time is wasted on the day, our store visits are targeted and everything is ready and waiting for the client. 

 
 

3. Re-dress - Organise the findings

My objective is to deliver a smart wardrobe that not only makes you look great, but evolves with you professionally and simplifies your daily working routine.

I typically work with my clients 2-3 times per year, in line with the seasons where we inject newness into the wardrobe, making each new piece work with the existing, extending the number of outfits.  

Over time, I’ve developed a tried and tested method for developing my clients wardrobes which focuses on individual pieces working hard, rather than maintaining a head-to-toe style.  When we work together, I will introduce you to your ‘personality pieces’, ‘character core items’, and evolve your ‘signature style’. 

On completion of our shopping appointment, I compile a detailed report showing all outfit combinations ensuring each item purchased plays a significant role in your wardrobe, along with an easy guide to caring for and cleaning your garments.
