Investing in your ‘New Normal’ Wardrobe

As the reality that the ‘new normal’ is now just normal I am preparing myself for what will become the new ‘smart/casual’ dress code dilemma.

Prior to lockdown there was a handful of typical briefs I’d receive from clients.

As we all evolve into this new way of working I am anticipating an avalanche of enquiries relating to what to wear and how to present yourself now most people’s morning routine has been turned on its head.

Before lockdown did you:

  • Get the tube to work… but now find yourself needing clothes you can cycle in?

  • Wear some sort of tailoring most days… but now find it uncomfortable and awkward to sit in?

  • Maintain a sense of authority and seniority through how you presented yourself… but now find you’re dressing more casually which doesn’t feel appropriate?

  • Have a good selection of outfits which complimented your working week… but now lack inspiration in the morning to know what to wear?

  • Live and breath your job… but after 3 months of furlough find that getting dressed for work feels foreign and unfamiliar?

What would your brief be to me if we were to go shopping together?

Get in touch, I’m sure I can help.
